Parent Communication - Arbor Parent App information

Arbor Parent App is now live

All bookings/payments through School Comms & Parent Pay are no longer possible.

All communications through Class Dojo and Tapestry (Nursery and Reception) are not affected.

On Friday 28th March 2025, all our communication and payment processes were moved over to one unified system known as Arbor.

Arbor’s Parent App simplifies how we share information with you, as well as enabling you to manage your child's school dinners, clubs, trips, payments, and breakfast and after school wraparound care in a more straightforward manner.

Parents/Primary Guardians are also able to update the information school holds about your child, as well as your own personal details. Please ensure that once you have registered, you check all the information held on the app and amend anything that is out of date, such as old telephone numbers, addresses or medical information.

In preparation for the change to Arbor, a welcome email was sent on Thursday 6th March 2025 containing details of how to access the Arbor Parent App - you may need to check your junk folder for this.

If you did not receive the welcome email, please email arbor@alkrington.rochdale.sch.uk with the following details, ensuring you send the email from the address you want to register for the Arbor App:

• Your name
• Name of the child/children you are the parent or primary guardian of
• Your relationship to them e.g. father

Once you have received the welcome email and set up your password, you can continue to access Arbor through your web browser. This can be done by logging into https://alkrington-primary-school.uk.arbor.sc/ and bookmarking the site for future use.

There are also apps for iOS and Android - please search for 'Arbor Parent App' in your app store to download it, then login using the password you created from the welcome email.
