As the PE subject leader at Alkrington Primary School, and as a proud supporter of Manchester United, I understand that sport can be both inspiring and… at times… character-building.

I am passionate about creating a PE environment where enjoyment is at the heart of learning, alongside prioritising inclusion and skill development. I believe every child should feel confident to take part, improve and, most importantly, enjoy being active – regardless of their starting point.

My goal is to ensure that every child leaves Alkrington with positive experiences of PE, whether that’s discovering a new sport, building confidence, or simply realising that being active can actually be enjoyable (even in the British weather).
